This is not a strawberry short cake, FYI, as it rises tall with 3 layers of vanilla sponge cake, filled with fresh strawberry buttercream and a stunning fresh strawberry design on top. This cake is available as a 6" or 9" layer cake. If you choose to include writing on the top of the cake, the fresh berries will be redesigned to accommodate your message, or may need to be removed entirely if it is a long message.
